Join us for an interactive proposal swap and roundtable! This is a unique opportunity for coordinators to compare their proposals with those from other AEC firms and discuss the processes, obstacles, and experiences related to proposal development and composition. This is a time for coordinators to ask questions of their peers about how other firms handle the proposal process and develop related materials.

You will have the opportunity to view and critique other proposals and leave with a sheet of comments about your own proposal. During the second half, participate in a large group roundtable discussion based on questions submitted by participants. 

You must bring a proposal to participate in this event. Please bring a typical proposal for your firm from within the past two years (ideally one that is at minimum 20 pages).

 *The proposal you bring will leave with you and will not be copied or photographed, as there will be no technology allowed. You can black out or cover fees or any other confidential information.
