The Proposal Roundtable is a unique opportunity to see what other A/E/C firms are producing, and to discuss the processes, obstacles, and experiences related to proposal development and composition. An interactive discussion for the purpose of sharing and developing ideas for proposal creation, this is a time for coordinators to ask questions of their peers about how other firms handle the proposal process and develop related materials. 

Each attendee is required to bring a proposal to the event to share with others. This will help to generate discussion and provide an opportunity to gain new understanding to develop creative and useful ideas that can be brought back to the workplace. No one will be allowed to participate, even if pre-registered, without bringing a copy of a typical proposal* from their firm to use in the roundtable.

*The proposal you bring will leave with you and will not be copied or photographed, as there will be no technology allowed. You can black out or cover fees or any other confidential information.

Maximum attendance of 25 people

Objectives:
1. Understand layout and design in proposal making.
2. Determine the best methods for compiling proposal details.
3. Resolve unanswered questions pertaining to proposal design and development.
4. Interact with professional peers and develop a network of go-to people for future questions.
